For people getting their Inquisitor's Editions from GameStop, how do you receive the preorder bonus code? An email on launch day? Is it bundled with the parcel?

I have a question about Great Game Guarantee. I asked on another thread and on EA Answers but no one has responded. I thought I'd post here as I'm UK based waiting for Friday's release.

 

I preordered the game last week on Origin and the confirmation email I get clearly states the game is eligible. I preloaded Monday and EA took my money on the same day.

 

However when I go to help>order history in Origin there is no Request Refund option. I have tried uninstalling the preload which didn't work

 

My question is do I have to wait till launch day on Friday before the Request Refund is available or have I been ripped off by EA? If so what should I do?

Gamestop have given me a tracking number. Am currently trying not to obsessively press F5 on the courier's website. Failing.

I really wish we could all get it on the same day.

Well here is my Collectors Edition, GameStop order, thankfully everything seems fine.

Oh those lock picks look semi realistic to an extent. the tention tool is crud but the rakes look almost acurate. best ones in a game ive seen.

I got an email from Amazon saying I now have a code for my pre-order bonus, which is great. Main issue is that Amazon is telling me I need to redeem it through Steam. How does that make sense? Unless I'm missing something I'm playing DA:I through Origin, not Steam.... so why does my pre-order bonus come through Steam? @__@

I ordered mine through Green Man Gaming... last time I tried to order something from Game (Mass Effect 3 CE) they told me at the last minute they wouldn't be processing pre-orders. Well, that ain't happening this time!

 

With any luck they'll deliver it early, otherwise I'll have to wait til late evening on Friday to get it going. Sure will be nice to have a physical copy. Now let's just hope my aging computer can run it.

I got my "dispatched" email for my Inquisitor Edition for PC from Gamestop yesterday.... but the track and trace shows no movement from Dublin as yet.  And there are two anomalies:

1. I was initially to be charged 139.97, I queried it when the price dropped (right after I ordered it!) to 129.97 (because is not the deluxe version presumably) but was assured I would pay the lesser amount.  Except... I've paid the full amount.  Screw up? Or surprise deluxe upgrade?  You decide.
2. I've paid the higher amount... but the invoice attached to the dispatch email seems to think my bill totals twice that.  Am I getting two of them...?!

Weird.  And I think they're so busy dealing with complaints about the IE items they've not got the time to talk to me about it.

 

 

In other news, anyone know yet if the deluxe items can be bought as DLC separate to the deluxe edition?  Apparently the Flames Of The Inquisition stuff can, but I don't know about the mounts, throne and soundtrack.  Oh, and the MP chests.

In my scramble to find a remaining pre-order of Mass Effect 3 with bonuses, I ended up with three different copies. 

 

Worth it
