I can load up and start a new game, but when I get to the CC all I get is green background. Can't see the preset faces, can't customize anything because it's just not there. I tried picking a preset at random and advancing to see if it was just something with the CC, and the opening prologue is just a jagged mess of colors until I get to the first dialogue with Cassandra...where I can see the dialogue wheel, but the screen is entirely gray otherwise :/

My laptop doesn't meet the minimum specs, but it could run Shadow of Morodor, Battlefield 4 and Thief on Medium settings, so I thought it might come through one last time.

Most likely the culprit. Intel Graphics are... lacking, to put it mildly.
