First all, I would like to tell people that are still having trouble with registration or downloadable content to "hang in there". 

Yesterday I had social.bioware account problems and I couldn't "log in" from the game's main menu.  I struggled with different issues for hours.  I had an email in to support too but wasn't looking for a response any time soon.

Well - today, I got a response from technical support and with their help everything got straightened out.  Well - and one thing I figured out myself.

If you are getting "System Error.  If the problem persists..." from the game's main menu "Log In" screen right after you accept the "Terms of Service" and you know your account here on social.bioware is good - you might try changing your password to something with different special characters.  I am pretty sure that was causing one of my issues last night.

I wrote to EA's support but I since I also had a problem with the web site here I used the links at the bottom of the site here.
