Can you cheat with the dev console if there is one if not can you with trainers?
For players who can play the game because its on for them can you cheat with the dev console?

maybe. the first two games had it. If not, use trainers i guess.
Actually I will try the "-enabledeveloperconsole" to see if it works

It has is just that the list is full of cheats that help performance I think. Its so big that the gold and xp cheats are not shown cuz the screen is to small.
