It keeps causing my computer to lag and crash before I can even do anything. What can I adjust to fix this? Any help is appreciated.

I had the same problem and have read a couple other similar reports.

I closed everything else down, then I went back to quest.dragonage.com. It keeps your progress, but this helped me start that one fresh.

I can watch the trailer as many times as I like but I have nothing to drag around on the screen and I see nothing to drag anything to. I did get rid of the white symbol by restarting my comp and making sure everything was shut down.

I had initial problems with the three companions with videos not loading but being persistent and stubborn I finally got them done. But the Inquisitor is a different story. I've managed to unlock the first item with more luck than anything but the other two "dots" just don't show up as they're supposed to. It usually just pops up a flickering black rectangular box covering the area the dot should travel.

That is with IE. On firefox the videos just refuse to play at all. I'm kind of glad to see someone mention it didn't work on chrome either. Doesn't seem to be the browser that's the problem then.
