Your friend is right.

It forces you to basically watch four trailers and click a few spots. Very dull and timewasting, but if the weapons look like it implies, they're really cool.

For being level 7 anyway.

Yeah it unlocks three weapons. Doesn't take too much time, though I couldn't log in from firefox at the end so i had to do it twice (used chrome). Anyone know how to test to see if we have the weapons unlocked to our account?

My assumption would be that it shows up under the owned DLC for the game in the Origin client, but I haven't had a chance to check this.

There's not really a way to see the owned dlc now as far as I can tell, it just shows what the deluxe and standard edition give. Maybe people that have it can see? I'm getting a physical copy on Friday so it's not on my account yet.

I just got the weapons. Says they were added to my Origin account but I don't know how to actually check. Guess I will find out in 5 1/2hours-ish

Edit: FINALLY got all three. I wonder where they'll show up, but honestly I don't really like the look of them anyway.

click and hold the moving dot and scroll it tell you see the weapon... don't worry about missing it. move slow and you'll find it.

I don't see any red lyrium reapers and the thing at the bottom doesn't scroll anywhere for me.

Well that was a good way to kill 5 minutes. Now just 4 and a half hours to go

When you see the little green balls you have to grab them and drag them to the frame.  You'll see the name of the weapon, on the video screen, the bar the little green ball is on once you click on it, tells you that, drag to frame and then it will tell you to release it, and weapon appears on bottom tool bar signifying you have it

BTW when you have unlocked the companions and Inquisitor, you do get a message that the weapons have been entered to your account

I got the 3 weapons. I suppose now I'm gonna need to wait for after midnight to see where I will find them in the game.
