From what I've been able to figure out using reddit, the items will not appear until you are level 7.  Others say in the box where you start the game, does not appear to be so?  So if they come in at lvl 7 probably be at Skyhold and saw one reddit poster who did in fact say they were on the mission table there.  I don't know if it's true, but not being available until lvl 7 makes sense so

I haven't played more than 3.5hrs but where do you find the pre-order items that came with Deluxe? I've registered everything already but I don't know where I can pick them up?

The last bit is too buggy I can only get the first weapon to unlock, I hope a Dev is reading this so they can sort it.

What browser are you using?  Chrome seems to work best from reports.

Okay this is courtesy of  kinderschlager        also a lvl 7 like yourslf.  He called bw support and this is the answer

welp, got off of a chat with support. apperently there is an article in the pipes to detail exactly how to get the items
