This is geting on my nerves LOL.  PSN will not validate my card.  It's a Visa debit, is that the problem? Because I live in an apartment?

if all else fails you can buy PSN codes on amazon and put the codes into the PS.  Thats what i do.  I will NEVER give sony my personal info again.

PSN just doesn't like certain credit cards. CapitolOne is one I'm certain that they don't identify. Try another one or get a PSN card.

You could try adding funds to your wallet through paypal I think

or just call sony
