I just notice that my recent Warden Hero profile pic is different then my past Warden Hero profile pic. Both were Mage Arcane Warrior so both should be the same and even thelr looks are the same except the profile pic of my past Warden is wearing Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate awhile the recent Warden's profile pic I played is wearing just a regular mage robe. My recent Warden that I finish playing was also wearing Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate so why is it not showing that on its profile pic and those that affect anything in Inquisition and future Dragon Age games or its just something that those not make a difference at all?

First, if they are two different characters, then they won't look the same, even if they are the same class, unless you made the exact same face.
Second, it likely won't affect anything. The Warden won't be in Inquisition in person and if he/she does show up later, they can use a character creator in game as Inquisition does with Hawke.
