Also do we get only one dagger for DW Rogues, or is that a bug to be added to the list?

You get the schematics to make more later(several times, each time a more powerful version) but I think you do only get the one dagger at the beginning.

Loot is random, so there is no set location where it can be found.

Loot is only semi-random. Unique weapons, schematics and other unique items aren't random.

Wait, I need to understand what you say : so if I craft a sword, than I craft a new one, the later will be more powerful ? And again and again ?

There are four levels of materials throughout the game, so you make the item once with tier 1 material the stats will be the same, what bonuses you get will vary based on what materials you are using.  You will get higher stats when you use tier 2, 3, or 4 materials.

I bought the Dragon Age Inquisltion Deluxe Edition recently, downloaded the content that came with it, but when I got to Haven there was nothing in my inventory, or a chest I could interact with anywhere. I even exited the file with the character I chose, and made a completely new one, and had the same result. There was no Flames of the Inquisltion rogue class weapon in my inventory when I got to Haven after the tutorial, and no "special delivery" chest. What is going on, did I do something wrong?

I dunno, did you both download and install it? Sometimes I download a DLC but forget to then click "Install."

 

And in case anyone was wondering where the Helm of the Inquisitor schematic can be found, there's two of them. The Tier 2 version can be found randomly or bought from the Black Emporium, and the Tier 3 version can be bought at Stone-Bear Hold in Frostback Basin (Jaws of Hakkon DLC needed for that one, obviously).
