In the keep I have the option to dictate whether I had "relations with Mardy," and if I had a son from that union. But, unless I'm mistaken, this quest should only have been possible if my Warden is a male dwarf from the Dwarf Noble Origin - *he isn't* : the Origin Warden that I synced is a Male Human Noble. Subsequently, my Warden (again Human-Male-Noble) has no keep tiles that reference his origin (I don't know if he should though since this is the only world-state that I have worked on). Is it just me, or can everyone "have relations with Mardy regardless of not having that origin?

All tiles are always visible. If you try and change it then a conflict will pop to change your origin.

So every Origin except Dwarf Noble must keep them that you did not have a child with her.
