I've heard people say you get it in the first room in haven...but I didn't, can someone assist me pleas?

Did you log into Origin and make sure it had your stuff registered? All I've heard is that you get a low-level version of the weapon early on. The mounts come later--I think you have to do some kind of mount-getting quest to start all that.

I just realized i had htem, but i had never looked into what the items were called so i thought they were going to be "Flame sword" or something, but they are actually called dragon weapon/armor. Thank you though! IT is in the first chest.
