I pre-ordered the game as well but could not find the arsenal anywhere. My Origin client downloaded no such thing as Flames of the Inquisition Weapon Pack as well.... Strange.
P.S: I only received 1 key for the game. Should there be more keys to activate the bonus pack?

In the PS4 there is a major glitch. If you aren't online they won't show. If you go online they show. If you then save the game and go offline, the save won't load. If you go back online the save will load. I hope that they fix this. I can't play this game online all the time. I did talk to an EA tech rep and he said they were aware of the problem.
