bought via uplay.

 

-start game. game window appears, rotating ring appears talking about not turning off while saving, scene starts with a click to continue. no sound so far. scene is windowed.

-when you click on the window, you hear sound for a second, then it crashed to desktop?

 

it seems like the game will run until you click on the game window. then it crashes.

surface pro3, i7 tablet. I can successfully play assassin's creed black flag (low resolution) fine so it should be possible. it's just not....
