Ergh, I'm so close to playing but for some reason my World State isn't showing up. I'm only getting the Default World State and yes I have imported it...So what should I do? Any suggestions?

Is there some extra signing in I need to do? I am on a completely new system(from an Xbox 360 to a PS4)...I mean it says on the Tapestry that the State was Exported.

Same here, I'm going from 360 to PS4 as well. I thought I would be able to sign in with the same info I used to sign into the Keep, but I don't see an option anywhere.

Yeah that seems to be the issue. How do you sync your game with your info on a new system? Wasn't that the whole point of the keep?

I thought so... I thought we'd be able to type in our profile username/password, couldn't we do that for the previous games?

Did you use the same email address on both systems?

I think you have to fix it on the bioware social website, where it keeps track of your games, via adding a new email address to the account, although i'm not completely sure how it works

Reading their guide and started playing with a diff. email so I'm kinda locked out, where's a game advisor I can talk to?

No but Bioware merged my accounts so the e-mail attached to my PS4, and My Bioware/Keep account are all the same.  So that can't be the issue since my keep/bioware e-mail/my imported Warden and Hawke are all attached to the same e-mail as my PS4.

Is there no from the admin team on the game the day is released ? 

 

Okay so I was able to sing into multiple player and saw that I was not under the right name....Or at least I'm under the name of my PS4 username, which I guess is normal....But yeah....

How do you merge your accounts? I found the Origin account connected to my PS4 persona, but I really don't want to recreate all my world states in it...

You'll need to contact EA support and have them merge it for you.

I logged into Origin using the email address I used to make my PS4 account. I had to get an email sent to change my password, but I got it. x.x Didn't even know I had this account.

Same problem and dragon age server conection lost, logged whit same email acont for origin and dragon age keep...

please help ! dont want start the game whitouth import my previus game decisions!

Dang. I guess I'll just remake one world state for now... Don't feel like contacting support right now if that's even possible at this hour. xD Thanks for all the answers everyone.

I started a topic about this the other day.  It seems my concerns may have been justified.  One player commented that his world-state did not appear to be correct, since he heard in-game that the wrong person rules Ferelden.  That really isn't good.  I am still in the process of installing the game on my Xbox 360, but will update once I have played a bit.  Link to my thread is here:  http://forum.bioware...minor-spoilers/

So looks like it might the account thing...It seems not everything properly merged as I still don't have my PS4 account registered
