Game simples does not log to the DA servers, I cant import may Keep World State nor start the Multiplayer, when I click log in it shows a message like this:
"You must be signed in to Origin to access online features. Please go online in the origin windown and try again".
Thing is I am online in the origin windown, and it simply does not work. Someone has any idead? This is very important no point in playing the game if I cant have my choices imported.
This is also happening to me. My client (ps4) is also saying my game is not fully installed, but I am using the disc and don't see how to resolve this. Any suggestions/help?
Redrivar, I have no idea how to help you because my problem is on PC not PS.
To everyone having this issue in PC, I was able to fix it this way: Uninstall Origin client, download it again from origin site, installing it, not sure why this worked. Good luck everyone.
I'm on PC and uninstalling/reinstalling worked for me as well!
Try repairing the game files before uninstalling
Restarting Origin also works for some users with this issue.
If you have tried that, anti-virus or VPN settings can also interfere with this connection, and may be contributing to the problem.
