Has anyone else come across this?

I've recently returned to Haven after doing a bunch of side quests to find that Cassandra has disappeared, the companion icon is still there and if I run directly at it I'm blocked by what I'm assuming is an invisible Cassandra.. this has happened before with Cullen, when the mob of people was standing in front of the chantry and Cullen is there talking to the Grand Chancellor but he reappeared when after I left and reentered the map.

 

This a possible bug? 

 

EDIT: resolved, she just randomly reappeared after talking to Sera... weird.

I've run into this as well.. unfortunately re-entering the map has not brought Cullen back. Cassandra also tends to be missing when I return, although I've had her reappear after speaking with other companions...

Happens at Skyhold too. Just keep re-entering the area. Its obnoxious, but you can get around it

Other than the fight with the Chancellor, I have yet to be able to speak with Cullen outside of the Chapel in Haven.  I've had Leliana and Cassandra disappear on me, only to reappear if I stood in the way of their movements, but I can't duplicate that with Cullen.  Also, leaving the map and coming back doesn't seem to help.

I've lost Cullen a few times this way.

Left and came back several times, Reloaded the game.. he's yet to reappear since the fight with the chancellor.

I have same problem with Cullen. I talked with him and the chancellor after than cutscene with arguing mob. But after I talked with Leliana he was gone and he is still missing. Reload doesnt help. talking with other people doesnt help...

 

Edit. I am missing Leliana now too

Happening to me as well. Cassandra was invisible, but when I moved around her mark on the map alot she reappered (perhaps I accientally stood in the way of her moveemnt?). Leliana also is now invisible, but I can't seem to get her back.

 

 

(One point - when talking about *when* characters disappeared, consider using spolier tags. I know that this is no an explicitly spoiler free subforum, but people at a lot of different stages will be reading. Thanks!).

I'm seeing this problem more than I used to. At this point I'm fairly sure I've missed the chance to begin "unhardening" Leliana, because Leliana is almost always invisible and I can't interact with her.

 

Has anyone seen a fix for this yet?

 

Also, when should I have seen her first unhardening dialogue? I started a new game, am in Haven still, but I haven't seen the dialogue where she finds out a friend of hers has been killed. I'm ready to move on in the game, but have been just bopping about doing small quests and waiting for this dialogue to appear before I continue...

Try standing still, I think it can take a bit for them to load.
