Thanks. I was wondering why the cutscenes looked like a slide show on a brand new, high end PC.
This gives me a *really* bad stutter when trying to use the mouse to look around, but works great otherwise. Panning the camera with the keyboard keys works fine too, oddly. SLI issue, maybe?

Ah, very nice. I played through the intro earlier and this was bothering me a lot more than I thought it would. It was like getting punched in the face every time I went into a convo, really distracting.
I haven't had any major problems with stuttering, but I can see a small bit of chop, so I'll go ahead and give this a go. Thanks!

This fix glitches my multiplayer and makes it unplayable(texture glitches, falling through map, massive stutter, etc).

We lock framerate to 30 in cutscenesWe had issues with the scenes desyncing without the lockHoping to remove the restrictionWe aren't doing it to "make it more cinematic". Purely technical issues.

I never tested it yet does it have any negative affect since game was not designed for it? The dev saying that about why they locked it at 30 makes me worried i should not mess with it.
