Right after you close the large portal at the start of the game. The game enters a cutscene, freezes and says that "installation is still in progress. As the installation continues, the next part of the game will be accessible. Please wait." and says that it's at 1%. However, it's been 1% for the past half hour. Funny thing is, game seems to have exited to my character and I seem to be able to activate the targeting circle when casting my AoE shield spell but everything else is frozen.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, the PS4. Is this the game downloading more stuff? The information about the game states that its only downloaded about 6 gig out of 40+. They're fixing the internet today so my connection is uber slow for the next 2 days. If so, should I have just bought the disc version?

Thats it, the initial install is 6gb, but the game is around 46GB in size. Its still downloading the next area/the files required to proceed, which can take quite a while with slow internet. You can check game info on your hard drive to see how much is actually downloaded so far

Oh great, does this mean that I won't be able to play for the next 2 days? Would it be better if I just buy the disc version?

If your internet is really really slow and you don't want to wait for it to download go for the disc.

Is the entire game on the disc? Would hate to be stuck at 1% again having bought both discs. I bought the deluxe edition online (pre loaded while my internet was still good) can i still use my deluxe edition stuff (as well as the day 1 update I downloaded)? Are the bonuses account bound? Or do I need to get a 2nd deluxe edition game?

Iv checked my download section on my ps4  and it says inquisition installed. Go to play the game, game says inquisition not installed, what the HELL
