Where do you get the pre-order items and the Red Lyrium items?

I'm in the same boat with deluxe edition items have yet to find them. Chest at haven, I cannot open either. A button will not show up.

when u wake up after the tutorial in the cabin look to ur left...there's a chest

Hmm, I got a dagger from that chest which is apparently a part of the Flames of the Inquiisiton set. But that's it, just the dagger. No armor. None of the Red Lyrium weapons.

well then your armor DLC didnt  load, as that's where you get your classes armor. you get the rest at skyhold

has anyone been able to get the soundtrack to download?

I missed those at the beginning after the tutorial. I am about 3 hours in. Are they worth restarting for?

 

NEVERMIND. I do not think I am there yet.

 

The sound track is at c:\program files (x86)\origin games\dragon age inquisition\bonus\soundtrack for me.
