Hi, so i have used the keep and made all my choices, selected export to game but everytime im in inquisition and get to the bit where it searches, it never finds a custom world state and only offers a default one. I only have one origin account so i know im on the same account for the keep and the game.
Been trying to get it to find the save but no luck, anyone else having issues or have anything else i can try? driving me crazy as i just want to start the game lol any help would be awesome

If you are on console, can you confirm that your gamer profile is listed in the "Account Check" page on the keep, in the black bar? (https://dragonagekee...S/account-check) If not, the problem may be due to your gamer profile not being linked to the Origin account you used for some reason.
If you are on PC, can you check and ensure that you're not playing over VPN, and any anti-virus is not blocking the Origin client from being able to connect to the internet / run?
