I just bought the game and after I start playing I've notice problem at the cut scene. It feel like FPS dropping to the point that it start hurting my eyes, every thing seem to pop from one point to another and this never seem happen in game play. Is this normal or it because my PC can't handle this game?

AMD FX8120
GTX 970

8 GB of ram

Yeah, they cap the cut scenes to 30FPS 

 

However, you can see this post to get rid of that.

Cutscenes are capped at 30 fps.
