Game stutters when cinematics/conversations are going on, but on world it plays flawlessly (ultra configuration).

Latest drivers on everything

Gameplay runs at whatever framerate your hardware can achieve, but cutscenes are capped at 30fps. There is a workaround for PC, though -

I'll try that later, also I might need to reboot the pc, but I reduced the settings just a bit and the stutters stopped

Game stuttering is also an issue for me. But its late And I have to work tomorrow, so I'll try then to figure out what the issue is.

Is there a way to cap fps at 30? Or to any otger value i choos3 for that matter..

Same issue here except lowering settings from ultra to low and restarting doesnt help at all. Ony increase "in-game" fps.
