Doesn't work for me for some reason. I've done the first three Inquests, but the video on the Inquisitor page won't play; the youtube play button is grayed out and the skip button doesn't work.

 

Not a huge deal but still a bit annoying when I've already done the first three

Yeah, the third was glitchy for me, too. Keep trying at different times.

I did it yesterday, but I had to switch to Firefox because it was absolutely impossible to complete the Inquisitor's Inquest on IE.

They must really want us to watch those trailers till we're blue in the face. The inquisitor trailer is particularly painful.

Are these supposed to go to the special deliveries chest? I haven't got them yet if so.

No, I think you find them in-game.  They're level 7 weapons (whether that's the weapon tier or the inquisitor's level?) and won't be much good in the very beginning.

In the house where you wake up in Haven there's a wooden crate with loot, and a chest named Special Deliveries. In the chest you'll find a weapon and armor. Not sure what's pre-order or DDE, though.
