Hi this has probably been asked already but I'm having issues with getting my Dragon age keep world state on the PS4 console I've checked my account settings on origin and all account info is the same as my PSN log in however every time i make a character it just says loading default world state and tells me i have to log into dragon age keep and import a save when I've already done it.

Hi, sorry to hear you're having trouble. I saw a user on Reddit turn on and off their console and this worked for them after making sure they were using the right account etc. I know it's not a great fix, but worth a try. Let us know if that helps.

ok i found my issue my psn account got linked with my old origins account, i recently changed it over thou it was before i played any EA game so i dont know how, is there anyway i can get it switched over since I'm no longer active on said account?
