I disagree with the OP, I think Fem Inquisitors can be very pretty, if you spend enough time in the character creator. I know my current fem inquisitor looks very similar to Kate Beckinsale. Hair would be the only argument I have about Females being shafted but other then that, I love the character creator for Inquisition.
Even if you went balls out to create a Glamazon, the crappy hair and eyebrows will laugh at your efforts.

Though I guess it's always a matter of what people consider beautiful (I never make PC's that I'd actually consider to be unattractive), I do kind of avoid making the character very striking in appearance. It's why I always remove the makeup as well, though that's only part of it. The way I see it, makeup shouldn't really last in the conditions our PC's are subjected to anyway. If I'm fighting a dragon in the rain, I'd expect my Inquisitor's mascara to be the first casualty.
The only Inquisitor I really don't care to make is qunari. It's like...demon elf giant.

For some reason I didn't like makeup on my qunari Inky the most. I barely put on any makeup on my characters and I mostly only use some dark eye shadow, but my qunari was make-up free and looked great.
I guess thats because the first thing I do before creating a character is remove any make-up and once I'm done with all the tweaks adding make-up just ruins the look.

Yes, that's my take on Daenerys. I'd never done anything like this before, so I thought I'd give it a try. She took me a couple of hours looking back and forth between a photo of the actress and the editor. There are limitations in the editor. The jawline and the nose were the most difficult. The jaw took a little creativity. Most actresses have a fairly strong jaw, and Emilia Clarke does, but you have to compensate for it with the under chin.
I also would imagine a woman in the position of Inquisitor would have a strong jaw as well.
I went with purple eyes because of the books. And I use Alix's voice of course.
I must say her appearance has impacted the way I'm playing the character. Mages need to be free, but the Inquisition is for the faithful. Cassandra greatly approves. Romancing Cullen.

i wanted to play an archer, so i created one yesterday and i followed yours and jellos suggestions, both the eyes and the lips are smaller ^^

I do agree with this statement though, and have resolved that when I do a play through romancing Solas, my elf will be more plain jane in appearance... if that's even possible for me (I do need to be able to stand looking at my character in cut scenes). Besides Solas is def the type that looks for inner beauty.
