Can't change the animations so they're still going to look like men. In most cases they just tacked the female inquistor's image over the male animations.

At least during romance scenes, the fem quizzie walks with full hip sway. I ignore some of the other animations though.

 

But regardless, I disagree with your assessment that female inquisitors look like men. I also don't agree with your previous statement about DAI men looking "gay." What does a "gay" face look like?

Well, faces can be affected, the way they stand and walk, no. But you can still make pretty beautiful inquisitors, just gotta look past certain things.

I LOVE   the CC, just not happy with the hair choices. The CC is awesome, you can create any look you want!!!

My general feeling is that it's harder than it should be to make a nice looking female Inquisitor.  Obviously it can be done, there's plenty of people (including myself) who have, but it was a LOT easier in the first two DA games to do it.  Happily, there are sites out there that help folks like myself, who aren't so good at the CC as others .  Once you know how, you can make some REALLY good ones, no doubt about it!

OP: Proven SO WRONG all throughout this thread. This doesn't even require a response because the replies from other posters with pictures make it really obvious. The character creator in DA:I is a work of art that can produce works of art. What is not to love?

Personally I think it's the ugly hair and big forehead that cause the problems but it all depends on how you work with the CC. I get the OP's point that many of the creations posted all look rather repetitive and similar. That and they all seem to have "baby face" syndrome, compare it to Skyrim where the women look far more matured with their facial structures:

So after scrolling/reading through this thread all I can say is, I'm sorry OP.

It's either that you just can't make females with this game or your tastes are very blastic/bombshell-ish/doll-ish. Nothing wrong with that, just maybe lower your standars a little? Try new things?

 

About the CC tho, I think we can all agreed that the hair options are awful. Could be worse but still, awful.

Fair point, tho have you tried to make Qunari ladies? You can make pretty strong and bad ass looking +30 years old ladies there. But true, should be an option for all the races, I know.

Well, the obvious hair options. Other than that though, the CC is easily the best we've gotten so far, since there's a lot more fine control and there are far more permutations of the different settings. It's just that gorram hair.

Meh, I think the character creator is really bad. The lighting is absolutely awful, the haircuts are almost without exception horrible and for some unexplainable reason it's still not possible to look at the face from every possible angle. (full x-axis, no y-axis)

I've been pleased with the results so far, though it has happened a few times that a few hours into the game I found some major flaw with the jaw or something I had to restart... because I can't look at the face from every angle in the character creator. In ME you could at least make Shepard look up and down which gave you some indication, though this wasn't perfect either.

I'll say on thing that bothers me is that in the character creator you character looks sooo much different, I made what I thought was a decent looking female and in game her make up made her look like Mi-Mi from the drew carry show (or a clown if you never saw that show lol) I had to go back and scale the makeup way back lol.

 

I really dont like editing the face much I try to take one of the presets and mod it slightly, otherwise I just end up making circus freaks.

 

Now what I really want is to be able to edit the body, I mean I cant be the only one who wants and inquisitor with a little backside and boost to her bust lol

Ha yeah. I usually make the make up darker now than what I actually want and then hope for the best
