Well I finally get add an elf this time. I based her looks off of my first warden. I wanted to see how she would look if she was in the game.

I admit I have had a much easier time making good looking males than females.  I trashed like three males over all to six females before being happy lol!

I think everyone got the short end of the stick in this game. The character creator improved for the actual character, but their hair...

 

Bioware just cannot get hair right and I don't know why. All the hair option in this game are dogshit. Rofl at skrillex hair and 6 different variants of buzz cuts, but no simple parted long hair

Wow she's gorgeous! Best looking elf I've seen on here. I cannot get my elves to look severe like that, they always look too cute.

Interesting. You've managed to remove the "elfy" look and made a pointy eared human, like they used to be in Origins. She looks much like a real person, at least in comparison to other characters, which is a nice feat.

He did a good a job as did Bioware with the elves.... The male has broken hands but overall they are FAR MORE likeable than the elven abominations in Skyrim.

I actually like the DAI elves, other than the "broken arms". I think they hit a good middle ground between Origins' smaller, pointy eared humans and DA2's freaks. But jli84's elf looks like a pointy eared human.

I happen to agree with the OP.  Most of the females I have seen could pass as a male if you slapped a five o'clock shadow on them.  I have seen a couple really nice looking females, both were elves, but the human females look too much like males to me.   It's all a matter of preference.  I think the hair makes all the difference as well.  The hair for females is just blah to me.

 

To each their own I guess.

edit: Just occurred to me how much hair gel you'd need to get a slick like that... dayum.

 

Have you ever seen, "There's Something about Mary?" It may not be 'hair gel" that gets that same look in the move. Ugh! lol
