The only thing that stands out about her is how much better looking she is than everybody else in the game.
Which...is why I made the suggestion I did. In messing with the CC I made a few characters where I emphasized the features that most people think of as beautiful in women (large eyes, petite nose, delicate jaw) and I found I just couldn't play with them because they looked so out of place. Especially with makeup that emphasized the eyes even more. It was personal preference, of course. Lots of people like playing as bombshells. But in Inquisition I found myself toning it down a lot (no makeup, smaller eyes, strong jaw, stubborn chin) and vastly preferring the outcome. Again, personal preference.
Plus Bioware has given most of the elves that weird nose thing, and largish eyes so i dont know where you are getting this from.
according to DA lore elves have large eyes and are considered highly attractive to humans, this is my version of an "elf with large eyes that is considered highly attractive to humans".
Well Bioware seems to be trying to strike a balance between Origins elves (who basically looked like short, skinny humans with long ears) and DA2 elves (who looked very alien). If you look at Sera, you can see that she does have large eyes. Just not supermodel-large. Most of the elves have slightly larger eyes. But it's not the eyes themselves but the face shape that emphasizes them. Elves tend to have higher cheekbones and more triangular faces. Many elves also kept the characteristic flat noses that the DA2 elves had (see: solas, sera), though it no longer seems to be mandatory. I think Bioware succeeded in giving them a characteristic "look" while making them look less alien than they did in DA2.
