Hey guys, Just a quick question, but im past the tutorial, and i can find where you pick up your Pre-order items and Collector in-game items, from the digital download? Can anyone help me out.

When you wake up after prologue, there is a chest called "special delivery".

In the room you wake up in after the starting area. It's on the floor.

The chest is there for me, but it does not open. Strange, and sad. Just a green chest with no "a" button. Even did a new game did the prologue and nothing.
Wonder if i have to uninstall an reinstall? Would I lose my progress?

If you can press on the chest, it automatically adds the DLC items to your inventory. Make sure to check your inventory.
