How do you tilt the camera angle?

Didn't see this in the key bindings.  I can move the camera around WASD, but I find myself continually getting into combats where I am looking directly down at the ground or up at the sky.  And when it gets to either of those extremes, I can't bring the camera back to level.  I know mouse wheeling down will zoom me out to the looking down Tactical screen, but that doesn't do me any good if I can't get the camera to look directly at what I need to be looking directly at.

Use your mouse and drag up or down?

Tried doing that, but no effect.  If it was a left-click (and hold), I just attack.  And right-click (and hold) is being used for disrupting the rift.

Went back and paid more attention to what was happening.  A left-click-and-hold DID fire off a shot (good thing arrows are free), but continuing to hold _did_ change the camera angle.  Unfortunately, as I move around the battlefield, the camera keeps snapping back to a look-down angle.  Wish I had better control of that.

Thanks for setting me straight!

Sounds similar to the bug I have: once I go into tactical camera mode I cannot revert back to over the shoulder view...not sure what the problem is though.
