After the cutscene of climbing the rock and reaching for the ladie's hand I'm loaded in to the wrong map.  It's just the empty zone from the cut scene that happened.

 

Every time I make a character this happens.

 

My PC has a 4670k, 290x and 8 GB of RAM.

I CTD right after this cutscene and also can run the game on Ultra.(AMD)

 

No error code is given.
