I tried repairing the game through Origin. It fixed the issue once, but only for a few minutes.
I also tried deleting the Profile saves to get the game to run on default settings, but even then, the issues persisted. All can I do is to Ctrl Atl Del.

I run it on an AMD A10, HD8970 (latest driver), Windows 8.1.
