It's launch day of a game and people are always negative on day 1, even if in the end, the majority love it. Plus, people love to hate on Bioware because of one mediocre game and one good game with a controversial ending.

Normal during release time.
The trolls wake up and try to make the game look bad. They usually start a few days before release.
Then there's the haters who dislike 1 thing in the game and proceed to whine for weeks on end how everything in the game is super **** and NO ONE should buy the game, or ever buy a Bioware product again, or an EA product, and everybody who likes the game works for those companies.
And then there's those who really like the game: they are playing the game. That's why you don't hear them.

Pretty much this.
In addition there is no official bug report thread or sub-forum.

Well, most complaints come from PC version I guess. Awful controls and optimization, cut-out issues, etc. If you are thinking about buying the game on console do not hesitate to do so. However, stay away from PC version at least for now.

Nah. Honestly I don't see whats wrong with it. I think the gamepad controls are clunky, and its just better to use a keyboard. I feel like half the people here don't know how to use one. Honestly, how hard is it?
Getting 60fps on ultra, not bad optimization.

I've posted complaints about mouse and keyboard support, as have several others, but controllers work on PC, so it's still the best version. Optimization is great. I'm getting good performance on my aging hardware.
Despite the issues with mouse and keyboard, I still prefer it over the controller gameplay. I tried it and didn't like it much.
