I may be alone in this, but one of the first things I do in a game I play or movie I watch is turn the subtitles on. Call me weird. I was surprised that Inquisition had no subtitle option. Is that supposed to be a thing?
So... No Option for Subtitles.

You are wrong. There is subtitles, both for dialogue and background chatter.

Strange, I've heard an opposite problem from others where they turned the subtitles off and the game kept turning them back on.

During cutscenes pressing the space bar enables subtitles.

This. Bit strange, but it's a good thing I generally fiddle with everything a bit before I press new game the first time.

Good to know! I couldn't find it in Interface where subtitle options usually are. I was able to see some by hitting Escape during a cut scene, but obviously having them on all the time is better.

Unfortunately, there is no "usually" that I've seen. The placement of subtitles within menus is not standardized. I fully expect a war between those who look in "Gameplay" or "Interface" and those who look in "Audio," both sides harried by the fringe fanatics who insist on putting them in the "Video" menu.

Yep they were in the Audio menu. Subtitles are a must in every form of media.

Are you sure that isn't already part of your game? Spanish is one of the languages listed as being supported. I'd call customer service. They can tell you how to install the spanish version.

Do you have any clue about what can I do or where can I find some info?

There are Subtitle options. I think they're under Audio options, but there are 3 choices: Off, Conversations Only, or Conversations+Ambient.
Unfortunately, there are no UI options to control the placement (top or bottom) or size of the Subtitles.

What I would like is an option to make the font larger or smaller. I have a relatively tiny TV screen (apparently) and as such I have to sit close to the screen in order to be able to read the dialogue. Normally this isn't really a problem, but after several hours of gaming the lights from the TV tends to give me a headache. I'd like to sit back so the light doesn't hurt my eyes so much, but it's impossible to do with subtitles so small. Font size options would be huge!
