The thing is, loot all and walk ARE IN THE GAME...why couldn't they just allow the buttons to be binded on KB!

I agree. A "loot all" key would be very nice to have.

I didn't see this posted in here:

@Mike_Laidlaw

Aware of requests to have a walk toggle as well. Under investigation.

Yeah. Hilariously my inquisitor has a habit of jumping up and down like an idiot whenever he spots an enemy because I'm trying to pause the game. I need to rebind the keys or get used to scrolling back on the mouse wheel.

I rebound the key before ever trying their layout, so I didn't have a chance to get confused.

Pause is SPACE. Interact is E (like ME, though i have yet to use it because I can't figure out how to interact with things without the mouse).

This game needs documentation.

I expect that as long as people don't send death threats like they did with Mass Effect, and with some both persistence and patience, Bioware will be fully willing to patch this in.

I wouldn't hold my breath. The fact that it's not in, in the first place speak volumes of what EA/Bioware thinks about PC games.

There is a "manual" in PDF format available on the EA website. But sadly, it's worthless. You are better off looking at the Key Bindings setup.

There's actually a button in the keybindings for a walk/run toggle--it's "G."

But it doesn't do anything. At least within the first hour or so.

I don't think there's a way.

I also like how the character will not run over to a clicked object like loot. Very excellent, progressive feature there.

You know that you can just in the keybinding menu and change the what key active pause right?

Did that, swapped the spacebar and ctrl keys, doesn't make things better when jumping because then I hit the windows key and get thrown back to desktop. I need to find some other keybind that works and doesn't make things worse.

And if only that were the only issue. The tactical camera doesn't zoom out enough during combat. Trying to disrupt a rift during combat is a pain because the rift is above your head and you can barely target it, and you have to be practically under it because it won't activate if you're not close. If only they'd let us zoom out more or activate items from further away.

I regret making a dual wield rogue because combat without the tactical camera means my fingers get turned into knots and I'm fighting the controls and the camera more than my opponents. Switching to casual mode doesn't do much to alleviate the frustration, it just means I can get out of combat faster which with the current controls is a good thing..

Really disappointed in this.

"Fun" isn't the word I'd use. But yeah. It's a sign of times.

Well, that's why I said "somehow fun". With a big drip of bitter irony.
