Either way I'm very happy that communication is back on track, they are being as transparent as they can with their progress.
I would be VERY happy if there's a walk button, but if not, I want to see what changes are made to the PC controls and considering they mentioned PC controls are a priority for patch 3, my faith in Bioware is restored.

Man this is nuts, my Qunari Inquisitor has finished every single war table mission up to Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts now... including the 24 hour ones lol
I actually thought it was hilarious watching my Inquisitor run around like a lunatic when I did Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts the first time. Just for fun I even went up flights of stairs and then jumped off the railings to the floor below. Repeatedly. Climbing up the lattice work in the garden and jumping down right in front of people was fun too.
I imagined all those stuck up Orlesian nobles maintaining a polite silence as I carried out my antics. Then as soon as I was out of earshot, they all rolled their eyes and and whisper in shocked tones "Did you see that? How barbaric!"
So yeah, a walk toggle for KB/Mouse controls would be a very welcome fix. I hope it's included with today's patch.

It's not in. I will try and play the game with controller. Was my backup-plan all along. Might ruin the game this way, but I don't really care anymore. Since Bioware does not give a $hit about pc-gamers why should I give a damn about their game? It might work, it might not.
Incredibly disappointing that we'll have to wait even longer to use such a simple, basic feature that is already in the game.

Agree with OP. PC needs a walk option. Also, please allow for USB controller + keyboard/mouse on PC. Didn't Logitech release an Inquisition themed USB controller? And yet the game doesn't support it? What?!
Hopefully patch 3 will come out sooner rather then another 3 weeks. It's xmas soon and tons of potential PC sales lost. Not to mention the expectations will be alot higher now, as I've noticed there's no changes in the current PC control scheme. However do have a loot helper - search key now highlights items on your minimap.
If you wanna show them what you think about it, send their old video about "pc gaming" to everyone who wants "walk":

In my honest opinion this video is long overdue to having more negative votes than positive votes, but that is my personal opinion and I'm not in the business of forcing my BS on other people.

I'm not going to play with a controller, but I also refuse to play my character as a moron running all over the place, bumping into walls and falling of cliffs. I think I'll take a long walk in Skyrim.

True. They fucked up the graphics big time. And it seems that absolutely everyone is affected, which means this patch was never testet, probably not even installed on any PC in their QA. How low standards do they have?
