I just picked up the inquisitor edition box set and all my chess pieces are broken. I called my game store and they said I could return it but they had no replacement because it was so limited. I don't want to return it because I still want everything else inside. Does anyone know who I could contact to perhaps get replacement pieces.

That's awful. You should definitely get it refunded/replaced.

It's pretty sad but my excitement over actually playing the game is making it easier lol

RMA... a game. For Christ's sake you would think for that kind of money they would actually care about the product they're selling.

At least the game wasn't in the steelbook, I got it along with the original copy of the game.

The problem i was told right at the store was they could send it back but they have none left to replace it with. The one i was getting had a lot of broken and missing pieces i posted about it last night here's the posthttp://forum.bioware...ition-problems/

I have done some digging into this and it turns out that Bioware is not directly to blame. It was actually developed and produced by Gamestop which was the one going through Triforce.

I received my Inquisitor Edition and it was brutal. Everything all over the place, with low quality pieces and damage all over. This was poorly planned by Gamestop.

OMG. I am already pissed at Gamestop, seeing as how they refused to have it shipped to the store for release, and are shipping it to my house, at my expense, and it won't even arrive until Monday! Meanwhile, every other "ultra edition" my husband has ever bought was waiting at the store for him on release day, no extra shipping. (And the box for Titanfall was CRAZY HUGE.) Oh, and when I went to midnight launch and picked up the regular edition I had to buy to be able to play the game on release day, they had all of the huge boxes for whatever Far Cry 4's ultra edition was sitting right there. I was pretty displeased.

Now if it arrives all broken on Monday? My rage will know no bounds. Freaking Gamestop.

My Inquisitor's Edition arrived with the Owl Marker and the Inquisitors Badge broken and one hinge on the case was detached. My steelbook was also scratched from the pieces flying around loose in the case. I just found this page on the EA help site: http://help.ea.com/e...ken-or-missing/. I'm going to contact them as soon as I get a day off.
