So I have been having MAJOR issues with the social network of late, my characters wont show up or update and if by some miracle they do update, a few hours later the photos are missing on my main character and one or two random alts.

So I was reading some of the post by the developers, and decided that deleting all my characters, and all the screenshots, on the social site would hopefully fix my issue.

After deleting all of the characters from the social site, I desided to do a diagnostic.
AND FIVE OF MY CHARACTERS ARE STILL SUPPOSEDLY IN ONLINE STORAGE!

And I seem to have no less than three of my main character on said site!

So how do I purge the online storage site of said avatars, when I have already deleted them from my end? (Yes Ive tried there is nothing to delete in my character management anymore, yt the diagnostic is telling me that I have 5 characters in online storage).

Is this why I'm having so many issues? Is there anyway to purge my online storage? Or to have Bioware tech do it?

This thread explains in detail how to clean up your profile. It is possible that is what caused the hiccup; if you had 100/100 files uploaded.
