Yes but you can see why rants help people find logic , sometimes they need to come out so we can then say, hold on that makes no sense.

Now to the OP

All in all, combat is a upgrade from DA2's AOE spam to win but still a downgrade to DA:O's more optional feel. I felt like I could do a lot more with DA:O's (even if the game balance was off).

However in terms of freedom DA:I is a big upgrade, I think it's people personally who have to complete every last detail that will struggle with it, as every last detail is not required nor probably desired.

People that "hate" on DA: I should simply quit playing it dammit!

I have until they patch fix some of the crashes/FPS cut scene drops.   My game crashes every other cut scene... it goes from 40fps to 0fps in a blink of a eye over a simple cut scene opening.  The game seems fun but who can get enjoyment out of saving/reloading every 10 minutes.  Its probably my GPU but I have played more demanding titles with ease. I have done everything possible in my power even O.C my GPU to get the game running right down to putting graphics to low but still the FPS will drop 40-50 to 0 when a cut scene opens then it crashes.

the problem is EA enforcing there game to run server side to prevent pirating and not thing about if there severs can handle the load and the people without internet. during the midnight release I found trying to get into the game unbearable because their severs running so slow.
