Just texted a buddy of mine. His was digital on PS3 and he sent me a screenshot and it looks decent to me. Not nearly as bad as some people have claimed.
While I do feel sorry for the people who went in blind and got screwed part of the blame still falls at the feet of the consumer. You never purchase something game related until you are absolutely sure what it is that you are buying.
