It's like in Assassin's Creed Unity: during cutscenes, the developers have put sound effects to simulate resonance, echo and things like that. The problem is that the dialogue volume is near zero when those cutscenes appear, but all other sounds are kept to 100%. When the cutscenes stop, the dialogue volume goes back to its old value. Is there a way to fix it?

There are a couple of threads on this bug in the feedback forum - including discussion of a fix involving the English Voice Over DLC.

I fixed it by changing my PC speaker settings. It seems the game was sending voice sounds to speakers I don't have. It's like in Assassin's Creed Unity: during cutscenes, the developers have put sound effects to simulate resonance, echo and things like that.
