So I exited DA:I, and went to relaunch it and now it thinks I have a controller plugged in(which I don't). 

So I can't even get pass the first press blah blah to continue menu.

 

I've even tried plugging in a controller but that doesn't work either. Any tips?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

 

But in all seriousness, try restarting your system, often helps.
