Anyone successfully using SweetFX with this game? I put all the files in the same folder as the .exe but it doesn't seem to be working. Yes, I know the game is gorgeous already, but I love me some sweetfx.
DA:I and SweetFX?

You probably can't use injection because of the "lovely" Denuvo "anti-tamper" they wrapped around the Origin DRM. That garbage comes with a whole bunch of drawback for us paying customers, including anything that traditionally interacts with the .exe in a non-malign fashion (trainers, injection etc), increased CPU load, increased SSD/HD load and gods know what else...

Thanks for the reply. I think maybe it's that the pc version is 64 bit and sweetfx doesn't play nice with 64 bit .exe's. Or at least the version of sweetfx that I have.

Boulotaur's version worked. You have to follow all the readme's (obviously). I'm using SMAA, Lumasharpen (.675 strength), Vibrance (.3), and Curves (mode 2, contrast .3). Really adds some pop to the colors. Love it.

Colors pop, less jaggies on the table and box, looks less washed out.

Wow, definitely some color popping going on there. Looks very nice.
Are you sure you're not cheating with ambient occlusion though? It's almost like the improved shadows in the distance are a little too nice. ![]()

I followed all instructions precisely, but I cannot get RadeonPro & SweetFX combo to work with DAI. It works perfectly fine in all other games I have, except 2 games, DAI being one of them. It seems that SweetFX toggle does work and lets me switch between SweetFX being on and off, but the selected effects to dot apply. I badly want to use LumaSharpen to offset FXAA blur. I tried 64-bit DLL files and 32-bit DLL files. Neither actually apply selected settings.
Could someone advice, please? This game really need post-processing AA, but it doesn't support the better types like SMAA or TXAA. With LumaSharpen, I could offset the FXAA texture blur without much to the aliasing effect.

I used SweetFX on Windows 8.1 with RadeonPro.
You can use this for Win 8.1 (http://www.share-onl.../dl/9DXOANFNZ1M) ... (extract in a seperat folder and use Radeon Pro to activate it, Point to this sweetFX and inport the SweetFXsettings.txt from there) or with windows 7 etc by simply extract it to the game folder.
This file includes my own preset which i have postet seperately here:
http://sfx.thelazy.n...es/preset/2599/
So feel free to use an other or your own.

I'm using Win 7 64 and the Boulatour version works. Haven't tried RadeonPro. I will say that I get a crash once a night or so, but not sure if it's related to SweetFX.

So I got SweetFX working with DA:I...however, does anybody know if you can use the flycam (dai cinematic tool) at the same time? I can't get it to open when I launch the game via RadeonPro.

SweetFX is DX injector (afaik) so if you have mantle ON, that's one reason it doesn't work.

Thanks for the response, but I don't use Mantle. I have an NVIDIA setup.

I'm using SweetFX Boulotaur2024 on windows 7 pro and to get it to work I had to change the injector.ini
;toggle shader keycode
key_toggle = 145 ; 145 = the SCROLL_LOCK key
;make screenshot keycode
key_screenshot = 44 ; 44 = PRINTSCREEN
;reload shader files keycode
key_reload = 19 ; 19 = the PAUSE key
to this:
;toggle shader keycode
key_toggle = 45 ; 45 = the INSERT key
;make screenshot keycode
key_screenshot = 46 ; 46 = the DELETE key
;reload shader files keycode
key_reload = 35 ; 35 = the END key
Now if you look at the readme in DAI Cinematic Tools
- INSERT - Toggle freecamera
- DELETE - Toggle HUD (Same as UI:DrawEnable)
I don't use Radeon myself but and I haven't attempted a workaround but it might be a starting point for you to look at.

Thanks, the only problem is that from what I've researched, I have to use RadeonPro with Windows 8.1. Once I launch DA:I with RadeonPro, the flycam executable won't even open.

I figured it out...I'm a stoop and accidentally deleted one of the files that the flycam needs...no fault of RadeonPro! ![]()
