Last night when the game came out at midnight the DLC downloaded no problem, and I was able to play the game. I just tried to play it now however and it says I'm missing the DLC and I need to reinstall it. I checked my storage, and it's definitely still there, and I checked the Xbox Live store to see if I could just redownload it but I couldn't find it anywhere as I assume it was a Pre-Order only deal. Anyone else have this problem?

I bought the digital deluxe edition and I can't find my dlc I tried redownloading the file that came with the bundle but so far no luck... I also want my soundtrack which I am entitled to ad part of the deluxe purchase.

So yeah, I deleted it and I can't find it anywhere to redownload it. I was a handful of hours into the game since I'm a EA Access member, and I don't really feel like starting over. There has to be some way to redownload this. I've already tried the Xbox Live store on the Xbox One and on xboxlive.com, even in my purchase history, and still no luck.

I'm also having this issue on the Xbox One. The DLC is nowhere to be found, either in Manage Game or in the store. When I search the store the only result is the Deluxe Edition.

did you buy it in full when it came out?  I know the ea access (which I don't have) program got you early access to the game but I am not sure if it was the full game or not.  My understanding is that the preorder for the deluxe edition and those who bought the deluxe edition are supposed to get the items and soundtrack.

I preordered digitally last night. The Flames DLC appeared as a separate item under Manage Game, and when I uninstalled and tried to find the DLC to reinstall it, it's nowhere to be found.

 

This is a two-fold problem. No only is DLC bugged, since I was using the Flames dagger just fine last night, it's also unavailable for redownload. Hope this gets sorted out soon.

I heard that the dlc is in a chest in the room you wake up in, and for anyone who played ea access (like myself), it wasn't available at that point in time. I'm hoping we can just go back to that room in Haven, but I haven't tried, and am not entirely sure where that room is.

 

I'm about 8 hours into the game, and 3 of those hours were played after release - but the soundtrack website says it's not available to me. I confirmed on my xbox 1 that the digital deluxe upgrade is installed, but I guess the soundtrack website doesn't seem to be working for xbox 1 people. Which is disappointing, I was hoping to listen to it all day at work, since I couldn't be playing :-(

The DLC is indeed in the chest you speak of. They aren't actually called, for example, "Flames of the Inquisition Dagger" or anything, but something like Dragon's Dagger (can't remember exactly). I didn't have any DLC armor or horse stuff waiting for me in the chest though.

Someone on the dragon age Facebook page says the items are on the war table wherever that is... and mounts are unlocked when you get that ability to use them...

I did buy the game in full, I pre-ordered it. I played some of the 6 hours trial, then when it came out at midnight, I played no problem with the DLC installed no problem, but I never got it in game. Then when I tried to play this morning, it said the DLC was missing.

I have this problem too. And worse, the game won't let me continue my saved story because it says I don't have the DLC installed. Tried reinstalling everything but no luck, it's nowhere to be found.

This is the main problem we're having. The Flames items appear in a chest in the room you wake up in early in the story.

I dont understand why it dosnt show up in the store anymore it was there last night when i was installing the game makes no sence.

It's not anymore, and anyone who has it installed cannot use it

The game wouldn't even let me move around the room at the start of the game... you don't gain control of your character until you are outside the town of haven.

I'm in chat with "Malcolm" now. No solution yet, but they're investigating my game details. I'll keep everyone updated.

This is a very annoying problem that I'm sure many people are experiencing. Any solution would be greatly appreciated.

I have Someone investigating too, but he's telling me to turn off the Xbox, that sort of things we know won't help.
