Same here, Thin029. CustServ even gave me 2 new codes to try to redownload the DLC and both codes wouldn't work. Looks like a problem on their end. Ugh, guess I have to dump 3+ hours of progress and start over.

Having the exact same problem. Don't want to start a new game. Uninstalled the DLC to try and fix it and can't find it anywhere to reinstall. Pre-ordered regular edition a week ago or so.

Ok I played through the prologue and my armor and weapons were in a chest as mentioned by others. Still cannot seem to get the soundtrack.

I'm having the same problem. I pre-ordered the game a few days ago, and downloaded it along with this DLC. Then, I played for about 2 hours, got the staff in the chest and did some quests. When I tried to load the save in the next day, a message appeared saying that I didn't have the DLC, so I deleted the file, and tried to redownload it, but I can't find it in the Xbox Live.

i had the same issues. i downloaded the pre-order pack with the flames of the inquisition arsenal. if you have deleted the dlc, go to xbox home >store>games>add-ons>all add-ons and the the dlc will be listed somewhere in the middle. i uninstalled mine, found the dlc and re-installed it and the items have shown up in the house you wake up in (in haven of course). hope this helps and good gaming everyone!

Hey all. Just wanted to note that I am having the EXACT same problem on my PS4. Started my game last night and it said could not continue because my DLC is missing. Started a new game and no DLC. So not limited to Xbox One. I'll create a trouble ticket on this tonight as well.

Well, I ended up deleting my game (option button->delete). I then reinstalled the game and patches. Then was able to re-download the DLC. My game save was not deleted and I found the items in the chest in the room where you wake up after the opening sequences.
So far so good.

I'm having the same issue. I've got the digital version and bought directly from live. If it's not sorted soon, I'll be calling MS for a partial refund as they were the retailer and I'm not paying an extra £15 for fresh air.
