This is a problem I brought up before, but real life distracted me and I never addressed it.

 

To sign into the Keep you're supposed to use your Origin account. The current account I have is my second one, as I lost/forgot my original one waaaay back in the day of DAO before Bioware revamped their forums. Does that matter? Because I know you can import your saves anyway.

 

But someone told me you can import your old game info into your new account somehow because you can find links or something in the menus of the DAO/DA2 and put them into your current account. But I spent 10-15 minutes fiddling around my DAO menu last night and I couldn't find squat, logged into the PSN network or no (PS3 game).

 

Will this prohibit me from playing the game!? Or at least keep me from playing a fully realized game!?

What they mean is, you can upload your heroes to your most recent account by getting your games to recognize it. This requires loading up one of your games, Log in with your newest account, make sure that the uploading data box is checked in the options menu, mess around in it for 15 minutes (like unequip some armor).
Then try to sync your data in the Keep after an hour.

If that still fails there are guides in the Keep forum that are more detailed and ultimately this won't prevent you from playing a fully realized game since the the only difference between a custom hero and default is the appearance and name and neither are exported to DA:I. You can pick every choice that your heroes did with a default.

Also if you got the impression that choices are uploaded into the Keep, they aren't. You need to manually enter them either way.

Soooo . . . . . . what you mean is I log out, load up my game, log back in, mess around (making sure the sync box is checked), save and I'm good? Sheesh.

 

What about my Warden? My game is finished, I can't exactly mess around there.

It should be that simple yup. As for your Wardens there's the free character creator that came out years ago just before DA:O was released and you can recreate your wardens in that and upload them to the Keep
