I am running on:

 

Gtx 760 MSI TF OC

I5-4570k Processor

8 GB DDR3 Ram

Plenty of HDD space left, etc, etc...

 

I am getting between 15 - at the best 40 FPS on any graphic settings.

 

My hardware may not be amazing, but it's at least around the average, anyone else having low frame rates in this title?

(I am running on the latest live nivida drivers, I updated and rebooted my PC just now, issues persists)
