first sorry for my bad english.

 

I just buy Dragon age inquisition deluxe edition at ebgames, i try to install it but error happen:"We're sorry Dragon Age inquisition will not run on your current operating ssystem,Youll need to upgrade to windows vista (6.0)or newer to play". plz help me

 

ps:this is so frustrating and why to i have to download the game? i buy the hard copy from ebgames.

 

my spec is:

win 7 "last update"

cpu i7 2600k 3.40ghz

gtx680 3gb 344.75-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql

32gb RAM

700gb hard disk

Can you confirm if your copy of Windows is 32 or 64bit? 

 

Edit:  Just noticed that you have 64bit drivers / 32GB of ram.  64bit it is.
