I tried to use my controller with X360CE and I enabled it on the options first ofcourse. Anyway it didn't work and I couldn't start the game. but thanks to this guy I managed to get the game working again with M&K:
go into Documents>>BioWare>>Dragon Age Inquisition>>Save
and delete the proflie options files. I hope it helps you
